Bookings:
Please specify the area you wish to have treated so that an appropriate booking time can be allocated. Alternatively you may wish to make a booking for the amount of time you wish to pay for in a treatment session. If cancellation is unavoidable we would greatly appreciate 24 hours notice so we can accommodate the needs of other clients. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if scheduled appointments are cancelled with less than 12 hours notice.
Only the body area specified when booking the appointment will be treated during the session allocated. Any other areas may be booked for a separate treatment at a later date or, at the discretion of the practitioner if time is available, the treatment may be extended.

Payment:
All treatments must be paid for in full at the completion of the appointment. Payment can be made by cash, Eftpos, Bankcard, MasterCard or Visa. Personal cheques are accepted by prior arrangement only. No money refunds.

Special offers:
Special offers may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer or special pricing.
